What is the complaints book?

It is a record where the consumer can record his complaint or claim about the purchased good or contracted service. Suppliers are required to have a COMPLAINTS BOOK, either physical (book with sheets) or virtual (through a computer).

Which companies are required to have a complaints book?

As a general rule, regional regulations stipulate that all natural or legal persons marketing goods or providing services to end consumers must have available and provide complaint forms when requested to do so.
